At your scheduled time, we meet on Zoom.You’re welcome to briefly share what’s going on, or simply relax.From there, I begin the session while you sit or lie down comfortably.There’s nothing you need to do, just rest.Many people use this time to relax deeply, meditate, or even fall asleep.Afterward, we briefly share what came up and then you’ll receive session notes by email.

Each session is guided by what you need in the moment and may include a blend of energy-based and subconscious clearing methods.This can include practices such as Shaktipat, Reiki, and Qigong, along with emotional and subconscious techniques like Emotion Code®, Body Code®, Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), and Thought Field Therapy (TFT).These approaches work together to help calm the nervous system, release stored stress, and support a deeper sense of balance and ease.

Do I need to believe in this?
No. Many people have these healing sessions done simply because they feel stressed, overwhelmed, feeling stuck, or want to get rid of some aches and pains that won't go away. Your only role during the session is to relax.What happens during a session?
Sessions are done remotely. At your scheduled time, you simply sit or lie down comfortably and relax. Afterward, you receive brief session notes, and Zoom sessions include time to talk before and after if you prefer.What will I feel?
Everyone’s experience is different. Some people feel warmth, cooling, relaxation, or emotional release. Others simply notice a sense of calm afterward. There is no right or wrong experience.Is this medical care?
No. Sessions support relaxation and emotional wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.Is this safe?
Yes. Sessions are gentle and intended to support relaxation and balance. You remain fully in control of your experience at all times.How do you identify imbalances?
I use methods such as muscle testing (applied kinesiology) and other feedback-based tools to get clear responses from your system.
Shaktipat, Reiki, & Qigong
These practices connect you with the body’s natural flow of life force energy, often called chi (qi), prana, or universal energy.Sessions are typically experienced as calming and restorative, with sensations such as warmth, subtle movement, or deep stillness. Many people describe it as a reset for the nervous system.As the body relaxes, tension can release and a greater sense of balance, physically, emotionally, and energetically, can begin to return.

These methods identify stored emotional stress and energetic imbalances in your body. Using gentle feedback techniques, I can help your body find and release what’s holding you back.
Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT)
SRT is a gentle method that works with the subconscious mind, similar in principle to hypnosis but without the need for trance.It allows us to access deeper issues that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, addictive behaviors, or recurring life challenges.Through this process, we can identify and release limiting beliefs and emotional blocks in a calm, supportive way, without needing to relive past trauma.
Thought Field Therapy (TFT)
TFT is a simple technique that uses gentle tapping on specific points on the body, similar to acupressure, to help calm stress and reduce emotional intensity.
I begin by opening a steady flow of energy, then I focus on helping your body and mind relax so stress, tension, and emotional weight can begin to release.Some people experience this work as emotional and physical relief.Others see it as a deeper energetic or spiritual clearing process that supports personal growth and inner alignment.
Hello, I’m Jonathan.My path into this work came through pain, addiction, and real change.I suffered serious injuries and lived with ongoing pain for years.Medication helped temporarily, but the pain always returned.When the medication stopped working, I turned to alcohol.Eventually, I realized I was stuck with pain and addiction.Everything changed after one energy healing session.The pain left instantly.
And with it, the need to drink.That moment changed everything for me.I had already been involved in practices like Qigong and Acupressure for many years, but this experience led me to go deeper.I began studying and practicing different methods, including Emotion Code®, Body Code®, Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), Reiki, and acupressure-based techniques.Over time, these came together into my own approach.About four years ago, I began working with others directly.Since then, I’ve worked with a high volume of sessions, helping people with stress, recurring issues, and physical discomfort.I’ve worked with people in very different situations and have consistently seen that when the nervous system calms and emotional weight releases, people often begin to feel and function very differently in their daily lives. I’ve also experienced this shift personally through my own healing process.This work is simple, but it can create real shifts.
